GROWIN GROUP is seeking a HEAD OF MARKETING / MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in marketing, capable not only of leading a team but also of building the vision, strategy, and further development of marketing at Growin.

Duties

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Leading, organizing, and developing the marketing team.
• Designing and implementing marketing strategies for Growin and the company’s clients.
• Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
• Setting objectives, KPIs, and monitoring the performance of the team and projects.
• Advanced knowledge and leadership skills in Social Media, Content Creation, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Advertising.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
• Advanced understanding of websites, UX/UI, SEO, landing pages, e-commerce, and conversion optimization.
• Understanding how *programming, automation, CRM, AI, and technology* can be integrated with marketing.
• Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns and strategies that connect brand, content, advertising, website, technology, and sales.
• Analyzing audience, competition, market, and consumer behavior.
• Coordinating Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Performance Marketers, Developers, and other specialists.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of brand communication across all channels.
• INNOVATION & DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SERVICES The Head of Marketing must stay continuously informed about *innovations, technologies, platforms, and new marketing trends in the Albanian and international markets*. Must be able to: Identify what the market currently demands and what it will demand in marketing.
• Propose new services that Growin should develop and offer.
• Suggest and conceptualize *platforms, digital products, systems, and new solutions* for clients.
• Identify new opportunities in Social Media, Advertising, AI, Automation, CRM, Website, E-commerce, Software Development, and Digital Experience.
• Study developments of leading international agencies and companies and identify models that can be adapted or further developed for the Albanian market.
• Collaborate with *marketing, design, development, and AI* teams to turn ideas into concrete products and services.
• Identify market gaps and propose ways Growin can turn them into business opportunities.
• Build new processes and standards that keep the company ahead of market developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum *5 years of professional experience in marketing is a mandatory criterion*.
• Experience leading teams and projects.
• Broad knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
• Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to turn an idea into a strategy and the strategy into a concrete execution plan.
• Continuous curiosity and interest in technology and new developments.
• Ability to propose initiatives without waiting for instructions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Focus on innovation, results, and company growth.
