Description

Credit Contract Specialist - Credit Operations Department

Duties

  • Prepare credit contracts in accordance with the conditions set out in the approval decision and the templates approved by the Bank, ensuring an accurate reflection of the approved terms and conditions before sending them for signature.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Branches regarding the preparation, sending, and signing of credit contracts, providing necessary clarifications on issues related to contract documentation.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and Branches to resolve issues and provide clarifications that arise during the contract preparation process, ensuring an accurate reflection of the approved conditions.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in drafting, preparing, or reviewing contracts; experience with contracts used in the banking sector, such as credit contracts, mortgage contracts, and security agreements, is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of civil and commercial legislation related to contracts and guarantees is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
  • Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with dedication, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach.
